You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed meditative state while Reiki energy is shared with the group, gently supporting chakra alignment and the natural flow of the seven main energy centers. This session is designed to help release energetic heaviness you may have unknowingly taken on, clear stagnation, and call your energy back to yourself — restoring balance, grounding, and emotional ease.

No prior Reiki or meditation experience is needed; simply arrive as you are (yes, even the tired, overextended, “I almost didn’t come” version of you).
