• Carriers: We use Canada Post/USPS/UPS for shipping
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order's journey, Unless you opt for free letter mail delivery for smaller items (Such as bracelets, Necklaces) where available per the options when you purchase. Letter mail can take 1-2 Weeks in Canada and has no tracking, so just a heads up on that.
• For International orders outside Canada, Import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are usually minimal if any but FYI

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days only on unopened and sealed merchandise in their original packaging. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense, and upon inspection approval of the item when we receive it. We issue store credit for our returns in the form of a Gift Card.

Returns are not accepted on Crystals and Crystal products. Bulk consumables such as single stick incense, rope incense, Dried flower and herb bunches etc.
